Materials

Our materials are resin based. Creating 3D Printing objects from a base of photosensitive polymer liquid.

Resin prints are perfect for ornamental objects, but they can also be used for more mechanical uses. Resin is often used by large companies when prototyping new designs and can also be used for creating end products. Though everyone from beginning designers to experienced professionals can also benefit from the great liberty in design this material offers. Resin is suitable for making large volumes with small details.

Endur RGD450

Endur offers advanced mechanical properties that closelysimulate polypropylene end use parts.

Endur is an excellent solution for flexible, packaging containers and applications requiring high toughness. Customers looking for a bright white material capable of producing accurate anddimensionally stable parts that are ideal for fit and assembly applications. This material has excellent flexibility, durability androbustness.

Ideal for electronic packaging applications, PCB enclosures, LCD display panels and push button controls. Additionally this material performs well when used to create living hinges andsnap-fits for food packaging, bottles and containers.

VeroClear RDG810

Vero Clear is a rigid nearly colourless material featuring provendimensional stability for general purpose, fine detail model building and visual simulation of transparent thermoplasticssuch as PMMA.

Ideal for glass, eye-wear, lighting covers and light-cases,visualisation of liquid flow, artistic and exhibition modelling andmedical applications.

Clear RGD720

This semi transparent material simulates standard plasticsrequiring dimensional stability and smooth surfaces.

Flexible (rubber like)

Our Flexible material is used for a range of applications requiringnon-slip or soft surfaces.

Shore harnesses describe the flexibility of the material. Tango Black shore 61A and Tango Grey shore 75A.

These flexible materials are used to prototype objects made in rubber and silicon.

Ideal for footwear, rubber surrounds and over-moulding.

High Temperature RGD525

High Temperature is for advanced functional testing, providinghigh-definition parts requiring excellent surface quality.

Ideal for thermal testing of static parts, art work, exhibition modelling under strong lighting conditions, taps, pipes andhousehold appliances. With this material you are able to paint, glue and metal plate it.

Bio-compatible

This material is ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of more than 30 days and short-term mucosal-membrane contact of up to 24 hours. Bio-compatible material has five medical approvals including cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed type hypersensitivity, irritation and USP plastic class VI.
